How do I purchase a Weekly Deal?
Weekly Deals are purchased directly on the hercityguide.com website through a secure shopping cart. We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer to pay by phone, please contact (913) 961-1200.
Is my information secure?
Hercityguide.com offers a secure website (SSL) to ensure your privacy and credit card information is secure.
How do I receive my Voucher(s)?
Once the system has finished processing payment you will be directed to a screen where you have the option of personalizing your coupons. You can then either print your coupons immediately or have the system email you a link to the print page for later use.
How does the merchant know when I've redeemed a voucher or how many I have left?
Merchants who offer a Weekly Deal are provided a detailed download of all orders and reconcile redeemed vouchers with invoice numbers.
What if I have issues redeeming my Voucher with a merchant?

How long are the Vouchers good for and what restrictions to they have?
Each Weekly Deal Voucher has its own restrictions and expiration date. Please refer to your downloaded Voucher for specific details.
