I have had such a wonderful experience at Nolte's! The customer service and attention to detail is like no other in the city. The staff is attentive and really made my bridal experience wonderful! There are so many little perks once you become a "Nolte's Bride". I can not imagine having any other bridal salon help make my day as special as Nolte's will. I recommend them to everyone!

The experience at Noltes is completely different experience than any other bridal shop we went to. You have your own room that is separate from where people look at the dresses. You don't feel like you are on display, which I appreciated very much. The consultant I had was very knowledgable and picked out fabulous dresses for me. The quality of the dresses is leaps and bounds better than most of the stores we visited.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Nolte's Bridal in Briarcliff. I had a wonderful experience and the staff was so so helpful. It was nice to have my own, beautiful room. Other places I had went I had to share a mirror with other customers. I did not feel rushed or pressured, and my consultant picked out the most beautiful dress for me, one I would not have picked myself off the rack. She was very helpful and I was very impressed. My dress was from a top designer and was 60% off! This really helped my budget while still getting an absolutely beautiful dress. I would definitely recommend Nolte's! I am sending my mom back for her Mother of the Bride dress!

Nolte's bridal is by far the best bridal shop in the Kansas City Metro area. You will not experience anything like the customer service Nolte's provides. I have gone to many different bridal shops around the Kansas City metro area and nothing has come close to Nolte's. After shopping at Nolte's I know that I would ultimately end up purchasing my gown through them. Nothing compared to the personalized and genuine customer service I received. At no time during my appointment did I feel pressured to by a gown that day. Notle's will go above and beyond to find you your perfect wedding gown, anything from ordering in a gown that they do not typically carry a sample of to contacting the designers directly if you wish to have any changes made to a gown. I found my gown at a different bridal shop in Kansas City but felt pressure to buy it the same day. I feel that nobody should be pressured into buying the same day so I left the other shop knowing that I had found my dress. I called Nolte's the very next day and ordered my gown through them because the quality of customer service Nolte's provides is outstanding and unlike any other. Nolte's is by far the most caring bridal shop in the Kansas City metro area. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just want to say that my experience with Nolte's has been wonderful! They have given us the "red carpet" treatment at every visit. Jill has accommodated us with fabulous service at the Briarcliff store. Mr. Nolte is a wonderful man full of information and suggestions. They have been willing to find whatever our hearts desire. I know when I get married Nolte's is where I will be getting all of my wedding day needs.

Nolte's Bridal was an amazing experience. I had gone to several stores that day and Nolte's was my last appointment. As soon as I stepped through the door, Ashley made me feel very special and listened to all my needs and wants for my dream dress. She immediately picked up on what I was looking for and the first dress I tried on was "the one". Mr. Nolte was also there so I was lucky enough to get his input on the dress (which was one of his designs) and he also took the time to listen what my ideas were for my wedding and gave wonderful suggestions for things like bouquets, bridesmaid dresses, and decorations. Not only did Mr. Nolte and Ashley give me 5-star service, they made sure everyone in my group felt special and that they also had a say. My wedding is next summer and I will be using Nolte's for as much as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will recommend them as much as possible.

Our entire wedding party were treated like gold from the time we began shopping for a wedding dress and walked into the Briarcliff location to meet Jill, one of Michael Nolte's staff. After Jill spoke with my daughter at length, we were asked to view a few dresses that Jill chose based on my daughters desire and taste. The dressing rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. She made suggestions that we had not thought of which was really helpful to us. We ended up choosing two Michael Nolte originals which were beautiful! She will wear one for the rehearsal, the other on her wedding day. The accessories that Jill suggested were perfect! Michael was present on several of our visits and took the time to look at my daughter in both dresses. Michael and his staff run a first class operation! I would recommend Nolte's to anyone seeking beautiful formal wear, an attentive, caring staff, and personal service. Thank you Michael, Jill and Sunny for all you have done for our family!

My husband surprised me by taking me away for the weekend & shopping for my first mother of the bride dress. The young lady checking us in at our hotel suggested that we begin looking at Nolte's and we were so glad we did! After making a phone call we were invited to visit the shop and gentlemen who helped us was fun, professional & immediately began to make me feel special. Not only did he find a dress that fit my shape but also my personality. My daughter & husband were also invited to share in the experience because of their spacious fitting rooms complete with a couch! I was handed 6 dresses to try on and I literally would have been happy with 4 of the 6 dresses he picked out for me. My son is getting married next spring and even though I live 4 1/2 hours away from Kansas City, I will definitely begin shopping for my mother of the groom dress at Nolte's! A first class shopping experience with a large selection of styles & price ranges. I loved the way I felt & looked in my new mob gown!

I am getting married on September 25, 2010 and we have purchased everything for the wedding from Nolte's. Mr. & Mrs. Nolte and Jill have gone above and beyond to make us happy. I am a very picky individual and I am very pleased with the customer service that I have received from everyone at Nolte's. I have referred several friends to Nolte's and they as well are pleased. We ended up buying two wedding dresses that Mr. Nolte actually designed because of the the superior service we received. I have a large bridal party and some of them had to stop in at Nolte's to get fitted and Jill did an amazing job with getting everyone taken care of on a short notice. I will continue to tell everyone about how amazing Nolte's is and the quality and customer service is top notch!

After getting engaged, the first 'to-do' on my list was…DRESS, DRESS, DRESS!! Nolte's immediately came to mind!! I had tried on a few dresses at another boutique in town, but I didn't feel like they truly understood my style and vision. Plus, they only allowed me to try on 5-6 dresses total. At Nolte's, I worked with Ashley who was absolutely fabulous!! She called me one Thursday afternoon to invite me in after a cancellation. Without a thought I said yes!! The next thing I knew, we were knee deep in silk organza and chiffon. I tried on at least 20 dresses and found "the one". It's like it was made for me. We selected 6 of our favorites and had those ready when I brought in my mother and bridesmaids a couple of weeks later. Without a doubt, The Austin was a hit!! I had on at the end of the appointment when Mr. Nolte stopped by. I felt immediately he was interested in my story and offered nothing but excellent advice and referrals. Through his suggestions, I feel like I found not only great photographers, but a dress that Daniel and I will never forget!! Thank you Ashley and Mr. Nolte for making me feel like a beautiful bride!!
